Once Upon a Time
Freddy had spent most of his life reading his family's recipes and watching
his mother and father baking and, once he grew up, he realised that
he needed to share with the world that same joy of baking he experienced
as a child. He decided to start his quest from a Country far far away named Canada, with only some utensils and his family's recipe book.
Once he arrived in a mysterious town named Toronto, he opened his book
for all the villagers to see the wonders it contained.
The villagers could not believe their eyes: the first pages where full of recipes for spectacular and decadent desserts and treats!

Seeing the villagers so happy and curious about the recipes and his story, Freddy really wished that they could enjoy the same feeling of warmth and celebration that he experienced in his childhood, so he started putting together some of his favourite recipes for the villagers to choose from.

He immediately set to work to recreate that magic in the town of
Toronto too.

Freddy was getting close to the end of the book, but he had one last trick up his sleeve: recipes for pizzas and focaccia. They were his father’s recipes and Freddy remembered all the hours he had spent with him making dough, watching it rise and all the wonderful days spent with the family making pizza together in the backyard. He decided to bring the villagers together and share that feeling of closeness and participation with the whole town.
